I honestly couldn't complain about anything small on it because overall it is very well done. You had done a very good job on the line work and even the coloring and the bits of shadowing ^^

The water and the waves look good - looks like they're having the perfect weather to go surfing, no? It looks a tad sketchy since it's not coloured, but the lineart is well done, with overwheling masses of water filling up a good portion of the picture (at least far enough that only the sky is visible in the background, so it does a good job in making it look like there's really a lot of water to surf on - I mean, just look, even that wave they're on is larger than us combined *-* ). Another suggestion I'd have is to try using slight shading - too much would probably look strange on your style, but if you play and try around with different widths and intensities of shading, I think that might add to the quality and make your pictures look even better. Oh, and one more rather technical suggestion - be careful with JPEGs and JPEG compression, if it's too high, JPEG pictures get little artefacts like in this drawing (look at [link] for a zoomed in version) - if you look closely you'll see that the purple of your board has small blocks of red and even slightly greenish ones in it - those are caused by the JPEG format when the compression is too high. JPEG is perfect for photos, because these blocks don't really get noticed there, but on pictures with crisp and sharp lines as yours are, PNG is often the better format (or one can also use JPEG with very little compression, should your program allow you to change that).
In any case, this is an adorable drawing, both of the characters look really cute the way you drew them, and you did a grand job with the poses too. The picture looks smooth and happy too, and your style on both character is fitting and fun to look at
Keep up the good work, and thank you heaps for your drawing, it's very much appreciated (and something I hadn't expected at all ^-^)
