Part of a trade I did for , I'm JToonizing his chars while at the same time he's doing horrible things to mine. Anyways, instead of just drawing his chars my style, I decided to pair them with a member of my own cast. This one features fan favorite and ladies man(er boy), Rico after just utilizing my patented JToonizer Flash Gordon style ray gun on poor Fortuna... but she seems to like the makeover. I certainly hope Biggy does!
Artist Note: For those who are wondering, I drew this and inked it by hand and colored/dodged/burned it on OC4. And for those who wonder how big I normally draw, that scan was a full sheet of printing paper and the reason Fortuna's paw is cut off is because I ran outta paper T_T.
Ah, I was wondering what that gun does Thanks for the clarification.
As I said earlier, this image turned out to look very cute, which is fitting for both characters here. I'm really surprised that Fortuna looks so natural in your style, yet it's still recognizably Bing's character. It's so rare that we get to see new art from you, but I think it's clear to see by this image that you certainly haven't been slacking in that department. Personally, I'm impressed by the smoothness of the lines and coloring. You always seem to be able to do so much with OC, and I never thought of it before as a device for finishing and coloring drawn work.
Nicely done

I love your JToonz art style, you know, but you took it a whole other step when you added that raygun to the pic. I'm a BIG fan of transformation, ya see, and the idea that you actually changed her rather than just drawing a version of her in your style?
FANTASTALICIOUS.
One more thing, the expression on Rico? PERFECT. 1-UP

This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.
